Buying a pass and creating a room

Buy a pass from an available story's detail page, or create a room with a pass already on your account.

The organizer creates the room and players join with its code.
The story list shows what is available now and what is still in preparation.

Payment confirmation and pass delivery

Once payment is confirmed, the pass is added to your account. You can review owned passes from your account page.

Orders that require transfer confirmation follow the process shown at checkout.
A delivered pass is used when creating and starting a room.

How play works

KLUON handles room creation, roles, clue investigation, and stage progression in the browser.

For online play, prepare a separate voice channel.
KLUON does not currently provide its own voice calling feature.
For in-person play, each player can review clues on their own device in the same room.

Refund and cancellation rules

After payment is confirmed, cancellations and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If an operating error prevents normal play, we provide a full refund or replacement pass.
Refunds may be limited after play begins or in case of a no-show.
