This Policy explains what information KLUON processes, why it is needed, when it is deleted, and the rights available to users.
These documents apply to bank-transfer orders, account passes, and online play during the current paid beta. Registration details will be added here and in the site footer after business and mail-order registrations are complete.

Information retained separately under law is not used for another purpose and is securely deleted when the applicable period ends.
KLUON does not sell users' personal information. It is not provided to a third party unless required by law or separately authorized by the user.

If personal information is processed or stored outside Korea through an overseas service provider, KLUON will add the destination country, timing, method, retention period, refusal method, and necessary safeguards to this Policy after those details are confirmed.
The service may use cookies or similar storage technologies for sign-in persistence, security, and usage analysis. Browser settings can reject cookies, but login and some features may then be limited.
Analytics events are filtered so that email addresses, names, room codes, invitation tokens, order numbers, and payment keys are not included.
Personal information is destroyed without undue delay when its purpose and retention period end. Electronic files are deleted in a manner designed to prevent recovery; printed records, if any, are shredded or incinerated. Data remaining in backups is deleted when the backup retention cycle ends and is not used except for recovery.
Users may request access to, correction or deletion of, restriction of processing of, or withdrawal of consent for their personal information, and may request account closure. Requests are handled after account verification; information subject to a statutory retention duty may be stored separately for that period.

KLUON currently does not accept registrations from children under 14. If age information appears inaccurate, account use may be restricted while necessary verification is completed.

If this Policy changes, the effective date and material changes will be announced through service notices. Separate consent will be obtained where required for material changes such as categories collected, purposes, or third-party provision.
